华星东方承建的山东省济南市章丘生活垃圾焚烧发电项目二期烟气净化工程于2022年08月01日开工建设。

The second phase flue gas cleaning project of the Zhangqiu Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project in Jinan City, Shandong Province, undertaken by our company, started construction on August 1, 2022.

该项目总设计规模为日处理生活垃圾1800吨，配置2×900t/d机械炉排焚烧炉+1×45MW中温次高压凝汽式汽轮机发电机组。烟气处理采用“半干法(旋转喷雾反应塔)+干法(喷射氢氧化钙)+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+飞灰输送及存储”的烟气净化工艺，为我司EPC工程。

The total design scale of the project is to process 1,800 tons of domestic waste per day, and is equipped with 2×900t/d mechanical grate incinerator + 1×45MW medium-temperature sub-high-pressure condensing steam turbine generator set. The flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "semi-dry method (rotary spray reaction tower absorber) + dry method (injection of calcium hydroxide) + activated carbon injection + BHF+ fly ash transportation and storage", which is our EPC project.
